How to order
Online From www.roostliving.com choose a product by clicking on a category on the top of the screen. This opens a number of products in this category. Click on an image that interests you to find product details such as colour, size etc.
Once a product has been chosen, click add to bag. This button will confirm your order and add it to your shopping bag.
To view your bag click on shopping bag at the top right of screen.
Go to Checkout when you have finished making selections, either from your shopping bag or via a chosen product.
Check your bag. To change quantities amend number and click update. To delete click remove then update.
Once in checkout you will be asked for your delivery and payment details. Once you have viewed your order, and ensured it is correct, press place order.
You will receive checkout complete message and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
By Phone We understand shopping online is not always ideal. If you prefer to order by phone, please call +44 (0)20 7485 3455 between 10.00 and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Please have product codes and your card details ready.
By Fax You can also order by fax. Please contact +44 (0)20 7485 3455 for a form.
By Mailorder By post. Order form arrives with the catalogue and should be returned to:

Deliveries and Despatch
Delivery Charges:
UK Standard delivery charge is £4.95 (Express Charge: £10.00)
Overseas Standard delivery charge is £10.00 unless otherwise specified.
Express Delivery: UK only. Orders must be place by 3.00pm to guarantee next day delivery. Items will be despatched by overnight courier to arrive the following day.
Standard: Roost Living aims to despatch within 24 hours (during weekdays), but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery and up to 3 weeks for deliveries outside the EU.
International Delivery: Please note if you are purchasing an item from outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance if your responsiblity; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns
While we do hope you will be delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you are not completely satisfied. Please fill in the returns form (received with your order) and return to:

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt and we will gladly offer an exchange, a refund or a credit note. Please pack items securely and use registered delivery. Please make sure you keep your registered delivery receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit
